Prize for most correct-form push-ups completed in 2 minutes.
Prize for Best-of-male and Best-of-female entry.
RULES 
☑ Competition is open to UK residents only
☑ We have 2 prize categories for male and female
☑ The video needs to be clearly filmed and date-stamped within 24 hours of the closing date
☑ The closing date is Sunday 7th February at 19:00 UK time
☑ Reps will be counted by our judges. Make each rep count: good form to be maintained to count as one rep
☑ Winner is whoever can do the most reps in 2 minutes in each category
☑ Prize will be sent out by post if collection in person is not possible
☑ Not open to elite sportspeople, active military or professional athletes! Although you are welcome to take part and post results, please do!
