Beginners MMA Course at Hangar

Following the success of our first Beginners MMA course, we’ve scheduled the second Beginners MMA Course at Hangar to begin on 6th March.  There are two sessions per week:

  • Tuesdays 7-8pm
  • Saturdays 9.30-10.30am

In this 6 week course, run by retired MMA fighter Paul “Hands of Stone” Jenkins you will learn all the basics of stand-up, take-downs, cage control and ground work that will give you the confidence and skills to join into one of our MMA clubs.

The first course sold out very quickly so book on now if you want to be part of it. Limited spaces.

All equipment is provided. You may wish to bring your own boxing gloves.
