You will be training with Jo Conway, who has devised a course for everyone – you will learn all the basics, at your own pace.
This course is a six week block that takes place for an hour, every Thursday at 7pm. Pole is great for fitness and toning and has many benefits, including a great community! Whether you are looking to compete in the future or just train for fitness and fun, this is the best place to start.

The course is free to Hangar members and you should also attend Pole Conditioning where ever possible to complement your training. All included in your membership. There is a regular routine course, for when you have completed beginners.
So you’ll probably have a few questions. What do I wear? What shall I bring? What will I learn? All this, and more will be answered by your students-group (a closed Facebook group we set up), once you are booked on.
