As a small business, we have staff and overheads, and it is imperative we are able to plan financially. That is the reason we have this required notice period.

We cannot refund membership because you have forgotten to tell us you are going on holiday or going to uni or are skint!

To cancel in writing, either use Live Help, email or social media messaging, it’s better because that way we’ve both got a record of the cancellation.
