Sarah Farthing – Olympic Style Taekwondo Coach is a Taekwondo Technician & Coach with 10 years of experience. She has competed on a local, national & international level & recently became British Champion in the Vet -57kg division.
Sarah’s most notable achievement is being a member of the Welsh National Team, alongside team member & double Olympic champion, Jade Jones, for the Taekwondo Commonwealth Games.
Although Sarah enjoys competing, her real passion is training others, especially females, of all levels. Under the guidance of Master Porl Stone, Sarah has been coaching for the past 5 years & currently assists with Taekwondo Cymru’s Elite Program where 5 members are in the GB Development Squad.
She also runs a mixed ability Taekwondo session & 40 Rounds class at Hangar HPC as well as other classes around South Wales & online training.
As well as Taekwondo private sessions, Sarah also offers personal training including strength, HIIT, cardio and other training techniques.
