Introducing Beginners MMA. Want to learn MMA but prefer to start at the beginning?  This is the course for you!  Coached by Paul Hands of Stone Jenkins,

We’re thrilled to announce that our fourth Beginners MMA course is now for sale online. Please click on the event below to book in. This course proves very popular and it sells out, so hurry!

You will learn all the fundamentals of MMA including striking, take-downs and basic submissions (yes, those that win fights!) all taught by the most experienced fighter in the business, Paul Jenkins.

Hangar Members: This Beginners MMA Course is included in your membership. However you need to commit to attending all sessions, as the spaces are in-demand. The course runs Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings for six weeks, and we will guide you into one of our great MMA classes or teams following completion of your course.

Beginners MMA Course costs £55 to non-members, and is free to Hangar members.

This course starts on Tuesday 11th September 2018 at 7pm. Also runs Saturday mornings at 9.30am. Make a commitment to both sessions every week for the 6 weeks, to make new friends, become strong, fitter and more confident while learning new MMA skills.
