Now you can learn Weight Lifting just like they have in the Olympics – right here at your local independent gym!
Taught by British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach Sophie Grosvenor, this class will take place 10am every Saturday on the gym floor.
Sophie will take you through warmup and technique dependant on your levels. You can then practice throughout the week using the platforms and our extensive range of weights, bumper plates and spinlock bars. We also have training plates at the gym.
Guests are also welcome £5 per session, but members – this is another FREE class for you!
