Great news! Our next MMA Beginners Course starts on 3rd March 2020 here at the Hangar HPC – your purpose-built MMA gym in Cardiff.
Coached by Paul “Hands of Stone” Jenkins here at our specialist MMA facility, with everything you need to get started, and a great supportive community.
Paul will introduce you to the fundamentals of striking for MMA through to ground game, explaining how the elements go hand-in-hand. By the end of the course you will feel ready to attend an MMA class with one of our clubs, or to move forward to one of our combat-sports.
Price is £55.00 for the course. Limited space is available however another course will be released in June.
