Meet Cole Barry, Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Hangar Human Performance Centre.
I started resistance training as a young teenager to improve my performance on the rugby field. I’ve trained in many different strength training disciplines and methods, including Olympic weightlifting.
After playing to a relatively high level in rugby, I took a step away from the sport and now focus my time on general health and strength and conditioning.
My experiences of trying many different methods of training for performance and aesthetics has supplied me with a wealth of knowledge and I am now inspired to deliver what I have learned to help people achieve their own goals.
I started at Hangar HPC in September 2020 and assisted with the S&C classes, and now run my own sessions for members. I am available to book for in-person or online Personal Training where I will tailor sessions to suit your needs, abilities and goals.
I graduated from the University of South Wales in July 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in Strength and Conditioning.
I am a REPS Level 2 Gym Instructor, and currently working towards my Level 3 Persoal Training, and British Weightlifting Level One Coaching Qualification.
