Starting on Tuesday – we have the very exciting Pole Classes at The Hangar with instructor Sammy Moyle.

Before you get too excited guys, this isn’t exotic dancing! It’s a hard workout for both guys and girls!

Pole Sport is an amazing workout.  It is an activity that targets your entire body, whilst also happens to be good for the mind and soul. As a fitness regime and sport, it can be your entire training if combined with some yoga and flexibility work.

Pole Class will target:

  • Core
  • Cardio
  • Toning
  • Weight Loss
  • Strength
  • Speeding Metabolism
  • Balance
  • Co-ordination
  • Flexibility
  • Endurance
  • Laughter and lots and lots of fun

Pole is incredible fun, and you won’t even realise that you are exercising. You will also meet lots of new friends and have a lot of laughs.  Physical exercise releases endorphins which are our feel-good hormones, which in turn relieve stress.  Even if you come into class feeling a bit glum, you’ll leave feeling amazing!
