Our £40 a month membership already included a range of great, specialist sessions every week – but now it’s offering you even better value with FIVE MMA sessions included in your monthly subscription every week.  PLUS wrestling and Muay Thai, a style of YOGA that is designed especially for fighters (highly recommended) and coaching that encourages you to compete when you’re ready — but only if you want to.   So if you’re based in Cardiff and looking to start MMA you won’t find a better gym.

MMA is coached by Paul Jenkins and also Ben Kerr and Elliot Chilcott of Rebel Alliance, and these classes are included in your membership price.

We offer Beginners MMA Courses that are twice-weekly, 6-week courses and you will find details of these under our news pages.  Also, all the classes we offer are complementary to MMA – Mixed Martial Arts, the world’s fastest growing sport.

Our members are also very fortunate to benefit from Wrestling coaching from Oli Cole, International Freestyle Wrestler who has all the skills and coaching knowledge to help turn you into a dominant MMA fighter.

Our MMA gym in Cardiff boasts a full sized competition cage in which the Anderson Silva has fought!  We purchased a piece of MMA history when we bought the former Cage Rage cage from the now retired MMA promotion.  Our head combat sports coach is an MMA Legend. Paul Hands of Stone Jenkins truly one of the pioneers of MMA, who has fought Dan Hardy (twice!), and many of the now-turned UFC fighters such as Dennis Siver.

You will not find more years of experience in MMA anywhere in Wales.
