Kids Kickboxing Classes Cardiff

Kids Kickboxing Class Cardiff now on Tuesdays at 4.30-5.30pm here at the Hangar HPC.
Get your kids active and introduce them to a new sport! All welcome.

? Build their confidence and fitness whilst having fun
? Teach great hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
? Build their self-confidence and strength, whilst having fun
? Teaches discipline, respect and goal-setting, problem solving and listening skills
? A great way to socialise and make new friends
? Get them out off the sofa and away from screens!
? Suitable for ages 10+
? Girls and boys welcome
? It’s ideal if they can bring a friend/sibling of a similar physical size to them to partner up with
? Parents can stay and watch, train in the gym or have a coffee in the cafe downstairs
? Experienced coaching from Shamrock Combat Club and coaches are also parents themselves
? Class is £4 per child – please pay at reception
