If you haven’t already, grab one of our timetables from the gym. It lists all the classes that are included in your membership price. You can go to each class and attend as often as you would like. Nothing extra to pay!
Choose from fitness enhancing classes such as Sian’s new boot camp on Tuesdays, or from more specialist skills such as Sophie’s Olympic Lifting class every Wednesday evening. Sophie is a British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach and is specially trained to start you from total novice.
In addition we’ve got a huge range of combat sports to choose from: Brazilian Jui Jitsu to MMA to Kickboxing and Muay Thai.
