APE Classes are a fantastic, 12-week linear strength and conditioning programme, combining compound strength moves with a daily-dose of conditioning, using a variety of the equipment in the gym.
A daily W.o.D. is available in the gym, but even better, come along to one of the 3 daily group sessions, all included in the price of your membership.
Non-members can also attend, £5 per class.
APE takes place 3 times per week -day! Yes, you read that right – 3 times per DAY.
Forget boring old “boot camps” and “circuits”, Go APE!

Members simply click the class of your choice on the app, and book yourself in – no charge at all.
Non-members, you can also book in via our free app – and Pay as you Go via the app or when you arrive at the centre.
