Yoga is not about touching your toes… it’s about what you learn on the way down
Meet our new YOGA teacher Brenda who will be with us Sunday mornings for Yoga practise.
Brenda discovered yoga after a car accident which left her with serious back problems. Once she recovered her mobility, a friend recommended her to join yoga classes and soon got quickly hooked. After a few years as a student, decided to take her yoga path further by going to Rishikesh, India, to complete a yoga teacher training course and share the joy with the world. She believes that yoga is for everyone. Not just for the super bendy, (although that helps!)
You might need extra hard work, but will get there if you put your heart on it. And believe me, the what you get in exchange is so rewarding!
Brenda teaches Ashtanga and a dynamic style of vinyasa flow that will keep you on your toes.
Sounds good, right?
