We all know that in current times, fitness and particularly muscle-mass is extremely important in helping our immune system and well-being, both mentally and physically.
At Hangar HPC we’ve developed the perfect class for those getting back into fitness, or who have never trained at a gym before. The class is progressive and inclusive to help get you moving easier and gradually toning your muscles with all the benefits that brings.

Wherever the weather allows, classes will take place outside, so you can tan and train! However we have a large matted area inside where we can also run this class, and the facility is airy with the back and front shutter doors open all the time.
Everything is strictly sanitised in accordance with guidelines.
The first session is totally FREE! We’re based just on Penarth Road, near to the Antiques place. Booking is essential for Track & Trace purposes and so we can send you a short fitness questionnaire prior to the class.
